While shopping downtown yesterday, we found a fantastic shoe shop. We tried on everything and finally found a gorgeous pair each. The little man behind the counter put our sale through at $10.40, then immediately realised he needed to swipe the card again for another $90, then again for $4. By this stage we were pretty amused (not).
When it came time to divvy up all the receipt copies, he couldn't provide us with a copy for the $90 transaction..... so he motioned for the credit card to put it through (again) so he could produce a $90 receipt.... what the? Mum snatched away her Visa card and said "oh no you don't", it was quite comical. He was so confused, poor guy
